Since we are looking at registering our domain name now, just click on the first option, click on sign up. From that page, you will be taken to another page that will tell you

Secure additional web address extensions by purchasing additional extensions. Here, some other domain extensions like .us, .net, .org, .info, and .biz will be listed and marked for you. If you are interested in them,
you can click on them, but that means an additional cost. But for the purpose of this tutorial, we are going to ignore that and click on No thanks, continue without selection. From that place you will be taken to another page that will ask you to protect your domain name by using their COMPLETE 
PROTECTION (that
is an additional cost as well) so ignore it by clicking on No thanks, continue order.
