IMPORTANCE OF EXPIRED DOMAIN NAMES

Well may be you don't know, I have talked about types of domain (s) before, but in case you missed out on it quickly read it here. One important domain that can rake in cash for you and be a goldmine in no time is
Expired Domain Name. This domain name can be a combination of other types of domains, i mean the (Premium domain name, Generic domain name and the keyword rich domain name.)  This is when a domain name
had been registered before and has expired and you come across it through search engines like www.google.com. And you can get expired domain names from different domain names registrars like these ones. www.namepros.com nameboy.com dynadot.com namedrive.com or the ones you get from here .

Causes of expired domain name

Let’s quickly look at some causes of EXPIRED DOMAIN NAMES, there are different reasons why a domain name can become expired but here, we are going to look into some. Basically tens of thousands of domain names expire every now and then. The reasons are numerous and  differs. Some forgot to renew the domains, some just don't want them anymore or they moved on to other projects. For most people these Expired Domains don't have any value, because they don't know  about these terms and the terms don't really read any meanings to them. Or May be  the Google age factor or PageRank, or AlexaRank don't really matters to them. They just see a bunch of Domain Names someone else deleted and move on, but for the smart ones who know what they are doing and who has understanding  about stuff like SEO or Backlinks, Expired Domains are Goldmine to them, they  just pounced on the opportunity presented to them and they make do well with it.  Other reasons includes when an owner (registrant ) registered a domain name, park it but fail to populate it. Let’s assume you registered a domain name today, for a period of one year and you park it with some parking sites. Now no body will know your domain name exist unless you populate it. Let’s now say after you register and park it, you just left it there and after the period of your parking, you made little or nothing out of the domain name that you have spent almost $12 on to register, you will not like to renew the registration if the current one expires simply because you wouldn’t like to waste your money and time on a business that does not yield any income or profit. Thus the domain becomes expired.
Also another reason why a domain name can become an expired one is when a registrant register a domain name and let’s say after he had already driven some reasonable amount of traffic to the domain name for about six to eight months, he now had a police case which eventually led him to court of law and landed him in jail for almost five years, now how do you think such a person can monitor his domain name (s) that is just about four to six months away before it expires. So you can see that it’s not easy or possible for such a registrant to monitor such domain name (s). And thus, the domain (s) become expired ones.

Other way a domain name can become an expired one is when someone registered some domain names and making money from his business of domaining, but unfortunately, he lost his life along the line. You and I know that such a person can not manage or monitor his business again. And thus those domain names may become expired when its time is up with the domain name registrars. In the early days of the Internet when a domain name expired it was already available for other people to register it. Nowadays the process is more complex; the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) created what is called “Grace Period” to protect the registrants.
Basically once a domain expires it enters into the “Auto Renew Grace Period”. This period usually lasts 30 days and the registrant of the domain is able to renew anytime during that time frame. Should the owner fail to renew the domain, it will enter into the Redemption period.
The registrar automatically becomes the owner of the domain under the rules of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) on this period, and it will try to sell the domain through auctions or retain it in the case it generates PPC revenues. Finally if the domain is not sold through an auction and if it is also not generating revenues the registrar will release it.

So for you a smart domainer, you can just be smart enough to cash on this opportunity on a platter of gold and grab the opportunity of such domains with both hands and enjoy..

Google Adds Conversational Search In Latest Chrome Build, We Go Voice On

Google has updated Chrome in build 27 to include conversational voice search, a feature it demoed on stage at Google I/O this year that allows you to search by voice, but also transcribes your queries in real time and lets you use natural language, asking Google straightforward questions and getting straightforward answers, both read back to you by dictation and in actual Google search results. The transcription feature is awesome, since you can actually watch Google try to anticipate what you’re going to say and then adapt in real time to the right query. So far in my testing, it hasn’t gotten anything wrong; this isn’t the clumsy voice input of five years ago that got things wrong as often as it got them right. Having it understand natural queries is also very cool, and for the first time, you get a sense that this is what we all imagined something like AskJeeves was meant to be, but good and effective. Questions that are easily answerable generally are. As...
