SIMPLE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION PROCESS

HOW TO REGISTER A DOMAIN NAME..

What is domain name registration?
Let’s look at what it’s meant to register a domain name. Domain registration information is maintained by the domain name registries, which contract with domain registrars to provide registration services to the public and this may simply means citing a name that simply makes meaning to you and you think can make you a meaningful income and get it registered. Now to register a domain name
, you can go to sites like www.dynadot.com, www.007names.com, www.sedo.com, www.namecheap.comhttp://www.1and1.com/?affiliate_id=319702 www.namedrive.comwww. moniker.com etc. and search for the availability of the domain name you want to register. If you search for the name at one of these website click on its and if it’s available, the next thing for you to do is to click on it and have it registered. But for the course of this seminar, we are going to use 1&1.com as our example registrar. Because of its relatively cheaper price. Other websites will get your domain name registered for you for nothing less than $10 per domain. But presently, this will get your domain name  registered for you for just 0.99 cents a year. And that is less than $1. Great deal i think?
Because an end user selects a registrar to provide the registration service, and that registrar becomes the designated registrar for the domain chosen by the owner.
Only the designated registrar may modify or delete information about domain names in a central registry database. It is not unusual for an end user to switch registrars, invoking a domain transfer process between the registrars involved, that is governed by specific domain name transfer policies.
When a registrar registers a .com domain name for a registrant, the must pay a maximum annual fee of certain amount depending on the charges or price the registry operator for the domain is given.
Most domain registrars price their services and products to address both the annual fees and the administration fees that must be paid to ICANN.
The maximum period of registration for a domain name is 10 years. Some registrars offer longer periods of up to 100 years, but such offers involve the registrar renewing the registration for their customer; the 100-year registration would not be in the official registration database.

The registration of domain must be done done in a good way and in good faith as domain registration has its own characteristics. There is no name you can not register, but you must be wary of somethings in domaining circle.

Google Adds Conversational Search In Latest Chrome Build, We Go Voice On

Google has updated Chrome in build 27 to include conversational voice search, a feature it demoed on stage at Google I/O this year that allows you to search by voice, but also transcribes your queries in real time and lets you use natural language, asking Google straightforward questions and getting straightforward answers, both read back to you by dictation and in actual Google search results. The transcription feature is awesome, since you can actually watch Google try to anticipate what you’re going to say and then adapt in real time to the right query. So far in my testing, it hasn’t gotten anything wrong; this isn’t the clumsy voice input of five years ago that got things wrong as often as it got them right. Having it understand natural queries is also very cool, and for the first time, you get a sense that this is what we all imagined something like AskJeeves was meant to be, but good and effective. Questions that are easily answerable generally are. As...
